Terms of Service

1. General Provisions and Service Provider
The service provider and owner of the service is:

These Terms set out the rules for the provision of services by electronic means and are made available free of charge before the conclusion of the contract, in a form that allows them to be obtained, reproduced and stored.
2. Type and Scope of Services
The service provider provides the following services by electronic means:
- operating an online client account,
- online appointment booking,
- sending appointment reminders,
- access to booking history.
3. Conditions of Service and Technical Requirements
To use the service, the following are required:
- a modern web browser,
- JavaScript enabled,
- a working email address (for OTP login),
- cookies / local storage enabled for the session.
4. Prohibition on Supplying Unlawful Content
The user undertakes to use the service in accordance with the law and good practice and not to supply content of an unlawful nature.
5. Conclusion and Termination of the Contract
- Account creation takes place by providing an email address and confirming it with a one-time code (OTP).
- The booking contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking in the service.
- Account deletion is possible at any time; this does not affect data whose retention results from legal obligations.
- Cancelling and rescheduling appointments: the client may independently cancel or reschedule an appointment no later than 4 hours before its scheduled start.
- No-shows: three no-shows result in an automatic account ban. The ban may be lifted by the administrator. The stated values are consistent with the studio's current configuration.
6. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted to: Isostudio1602@gmail.com.
A complaint should contain at least: data enabling the client to be identified, a description of the problem, and the expected manner of resolution. The service provider examines the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services connected with appointments on a specific date (a booking for a service on a specific day and time).
8. Governing Law and Language Version
In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law applies. A consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the EU ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform. The Terms are provided in several language versions; the Polish version is binding — in case of any discrepancy, the Polish text prevails.
